The 5GL Mutual Fund is funded by its Members’ Regular Deposits, capital gains and other earnings. Note: All funds deposited to the 5GL Mutual Fund remains the property of the person making the deposit including their proportionate share of any Capital Gains or dividends paid, or interest earned; less their proportionate share of the fund’s losses, expenses and expenditures. While on deposit, funds of the 5GL MF Members are controlled and managed by the fund manager under the guidance of the 5GL MF Leadership Committee:

• Family members can deposit to the fund via Pay Pal, or credit card from the 5GL Mutual Fund Website.
• Family members can deposit to the fund via Cash App from your mobile phone.
• The 5GL Mutual Fund is on deposit with Regions Bank. The account is in the name of the “5GL Mutual Fund, LLC.
• A leadership committee will be formed from the participating members of the 5GL Mutual Fund.
• The Leadership Committee will make decisions relative to what we invest in, when we invest and how much of available funds to invest.
• The Leadership Committee will make decisions relative to supporting family members in need with mutual funds.

 

 

I.  MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
A. Complete and return 5GL Application.
B. Complete and return IRS W-9 form.
C. Minimal deposit of $20.00 required to establish a 5GL Mutual Fund Account.
D. Minimal $5.00 deposit per month is required to maintain account in active status as a       5GL member/investor.

II. ONCE ALL DOCUMENTS AND INITIAL DEPOSIT ARE RECEIVED:
A. Your new 5GL Mutual Fund Account will be established by the 5GL Mutual Fund Designated Agent.
B. New account confirmation will be sent, via email, by the 5GL Administrative Officer.
C. Future deposits received will be acknowledged and confirmed, via email, by the Administrative Officer.
D. Monthly statements will be analyzed and prepared by the 5GL Mutual Fund Designated Agent.
E. Distribution of the monthly statements will be sent, via email, to each 5GL Member/Investor by the 5GL Administrative Officer.

The amount of the accumulated deposits will be determined, reported to the participating members and invested monthly in accordance with the directions of the Leadership Committee. Remember, all funds deposited to the 5GL Mutual Fund remains the property of the person making the deposit including their proportionate share of any Capital Gains or dividends paid, or interest earned, less their proportionate share of the fund’s losses, expenses and expenditures.
